YEJ2 series breaking three-phase induction motor(H63-280)
Main Characteristics:
YEJ2 Series breaking motor (H63-280) are total enclosed fan cool squirrel cage three-phase induction motor with additional disk DC break. This series is the extend product of Y2 series motor , the technical performance conform to the requirement of Y2 series. YEJ2 series motors have modern design and unique structure. It has the advantages of wide range braking torque, quick break and high stability. Break use the most advanced AC breaking technology, also it has handed release structure. YEJ2 can make action promptly when the power is off. Quick break time doesn't exceed 0.15s for frame size 63 to 90 and not exceed 0.2s for frame size 100 to 160. It employs class F insulation, IP55 protection.
Typical Application:
YEJ2 Series motors can widely used on mechanical equipment and driving machines where rapidly and accurate braking is demanded. Such as lathe machine, wood machine, food prosceeing equipment, architectural machine, gear reducer etc. Spring set brake. One-half period rectification. Power off or power on operation according to requirement

6. Connection: Star-connection for 3KW or less whereas delta-connection
7. Breaking method: Power off breaking. Power supply by rectifier inside terminal box
8. Accessory Option: encoder, waterproof fan cover, thermistor, thermal protector.
Nomenclature:
For Example: YEJ2132S1-4-5.5KW represent center height of the frame is 132mm, frame length is S, core length code 1, 4 pole, 5.5KW.
